As always a warm welcome from the Bradford MRC club members at the Bradford Cathedral College.
Again we were placed centre rear of the stage area and didn't need the projector screens as the
rear wall of the stage was painted brilliant white.
It was great to see so many UKTS members over the two days, driving and chatting. Updated and new routes to see
and plenty of opportunity to chat all things trainsim and tramsim.
Roger North brought in his latest version of Worth Valley Railway and Queensbury Triangle and visited
us both days to chat and drive. Bob Pegg visited on Sunday with the latest version of Steyning Line. Thanks
gentleman for allowing us to see and demonstrate these routes.
In addition we were joined by Doug Kightley, Damian2 (Mark), Alan Howat, Ian MacMillan, Terry Cunliffe, 60008 (Nathan)
and a very enthusiastic young member of the Bradford MRC who sat and drove one machine for both days.
A good choice and selection of layouts in the various gauges from N up to G with a good variety in railways represented.
N gauge American and Bavarian, a couple of OO9 layouts, HO American, OO British, 7mm British and German G Gauge.
Traders were plentiful supplying the needs of modellers and there were plenty of demonstrators in attendance showing
some of the techniques involved in building locos, trucks etc in various gauges.
Our thanks to Keith Fell (Exhibition Manager) and the Bradford MRC for the invitation, the refreshments
and making us welcome. Thanks to all the UKTS members who visited to drive and chat and to the numerous
visitors who stopped by to watch and chat.
